The building will comprise five 1,474 sq ft specialist food production units on the ground floor for letting on three-year leases, together with a 1,426 sq ft incubator/development kitchen. On the first floor there will be a further 12 office units ranging from 403 sq ft to 862 sq ft which will be let on similar terms.

Subject to planning approval, work is due to start later in this year. The centre is expected to open in August 2008.
