Standard Life is thought to have let the whole of its development at 1 Old Jewry in the city.

Financial software company Fidessa is said to be in advanced talks to take the whole 62,500 sq ft building at a rent of around £65/sq ft.

South African bank Investec is also said to be taking the fifth floor at 16 St-Martines- Le-Grand as short term expansion space. It already has space at the building.
