Standard Life Investments has put a 34,720 sq ft office block at 13 Hanover Square up for sale at £47.5m a net initial yield of 3.8%. The average rent paid is £55/sq ft. Tenants include Hikma Pharmaceuticals, OCM Capital Markets and GSO Capital Partners. Strutt & Parker is advising.
