Joint venture group Station Road Dev Co has submitted plans to convert a vacant site into a £30m mixed-use tower in Reading.
The group controlled by hotel investors Frank Truman in partnership with Breithorn Developments and Legacy Hotels & Resorts, has submitted plans to redevelop the former Norwich Union building on Station Road in Reading into a hotel, restaurant, bar and offices within the 22-storey tower.
