Steak chain tucks into Guildford

Argentine steak restaurant chain Gaucho Grill’s Amsterdam steakhouse concept, Cau Restaurant, has completed an assignment of the leasehold interest of the 3,800sq ft Auberge restaurant at 274 High Street, Guildford.
