A new 10-year letting to énergie Fitness by Stessa Leisure will see a new gym open in a Stockton-on-Tees shopping centre.

The 7,000 sq ft space at Wellington Square, owned by Lunar Stockton, accounts for half of the space left empty when Lidl relocated to a larger store upon lease expiry a year ago.
