Logistics company Stobart Group has taken 97,893 sq ft at a chilled warehouse in Nottinghamshire.
Stobart Group has taken a 15-year lease at the building at Sherwood Park in Annesley, which is owned by landlord Lodge Road Property Eight Partnership, just four months after the building was brought to market.
It will pay an annual rent of £535,000.
Sean Brogan, business development director at Stobart Group, said: ‘Stobart's chilled division is a vital and growing element of the group's own-branded fleet operation.
'This particular premises provided the group with an additional strategically-located centre in the East Midlands, which is an important region for us for both domestic and international freight operations.’
DTZ advised the landlord.
