Strategic makes US shed purchase

Strategic Real Estate Advisors has purchased a $270m (£134m) US industrial portfolio on behalf of a private client. The portfolio totals 5.4m sq ft and was bought from the Teachers pension fund. Credit Suisse Column Financial provided financing for the purchase.
