String of lettings secured at Lexicon Bracknell

Legal & General and Schroder UK Real Estate Fund have secured 50,000 sq ft of retail lettings at The Lexicon scheme in Bracknell, Berkshire.

The joint venture partners have signed up international fashion chain TK Maxx to a 27,351 sq ft store in the heart of the centre, while German shoe and sportswear retailer Deichmann will open a 5,648 sq ft store.
