Swedish portfolio refinancing

Deutsche Pfandbriefbank and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken have provided a SEK1.65bn (£160m) refinancing to NIAM III News, a company owned by NIAM Nordic Investment Fund III, for the News and Palmfelt office portfolios in Sweden, comprising three properties in Stockholm and one in Lund.
