Scottish Widows Investment Partnership (SWIP) is believed to be planning a redevelopment of Prospect House on York Road, SE1. It has bought the 50,000 sq ft (4,650 sq m) building from the owner-occupier, civil service trade union Prospect, for £9.5m.
