Swiss AFIAA’s debut London buy

Swiss investment foundation AFIAA has completed its debut London purchase. It has bought the long leasehold of 31 Gresham Street in the City of London from Hermes Real Estate for £70m at a 7.5% yield, as revealed by Property Week (20.02.09)
