Symmetry Park expansion approved

DB Symmetry has secured planning permission for 1m sq ft of new logistics space at its Symmetry Park development in Biggleswade, Central Bedfordshire.

The scheme comprises five units ranging from 72,000 sq ft to 515,000 sq ft and will mark the sixth phase of development at Stratton Business Park.

DB Symmetry now has planning permission for 15.5m sq ft of space across the UK and is seeking consent for a further 29.8m sq ft.
