Broadband provider TalkTalk has announced plans to expand its office scheme at the Soapworks site in Salford as part of a plan to transfer its headquarters out of London.
In a move confirmed alongside interim results this morning, the company said it intends to relocate the “vast majority” of its 500 London staff to new offices at the campus close to the MediaCity UK development on the banks of the Manchester Ship Canal. TalkTalk said transferring its main office out of London was “part of its strategy to simplify its operations”.
