Frankie and Benny’s, Nandos and Starbucks are the first food outlets to take space at the Tandem Centre in South West London.

The Tandem Centre, based in Colliers Wood and owned by Hermes Real Estate, has entered phase two of its development with six new lettings, totalling 14,500 sq ft.

Frankie & Bennys has taken a 3,539 sq ft unit on a 25-year lease at £97,322.50 a year at the shopping centre. Nandos has taken 2,326 sq ft on a 20-year lease for £54,661 a year , and Starbucks has taken 1,812.7 sq ft on a 10-year lease at £45,000 a year .

Holiday Hypermarket, Jessops and Corals complete the group of tenants who have signed up.

Jonathan Robson, r etail d irector at Hermes Real Estate , said: ‘With the development of phase two at the Tandem Centre, we aimed to diversify the offer by incorporating catering into our already established retail-led scheme.’

Existing tenants at the Tandem Centre include Next, Boots and TK Maxx.

DTZ are the tactical asset manager for Hermes’ Retail Warehouse Portfolio, whilst Cushman & Wakefield and Wilkinson Williams jointly represented the landlord on all of the lettings.
