Private property company Targetfollow faces competition to buy London’s Earls Court and Olympia exhibition centres

Last week it emerged that the group, led by Ardeshir Naghshineh, was in talks to buy the parent company that owns the twin landmarks.

But Property Week understands that at least two other parties are still in discussions with vendor St James Capital, a group owned by entrepreneurs Anthony Lyons, David Coffer and Simon Conway.

A spokesman for Earls Court and Olympia said: ‘It is true we have been evaluating various unsolicited approaches but we cannot comment further.’
