Targetfollow has submitted plans for its Duke’s Wharf development in Norwich which will become its UK headquarters.

The scheme will redevelop the Eastern Electricity site in the town and is being designed by architects Feilden + Mawson.

The scheme will include offices, restaurants, shops, homes, and an art gallery as well as public spaces and a riverside walk.

Work to start next year

Targetfollow, subject to approval, plans to start work early next year with the first occupants moving into the scheme within two years.

One of the first occupiers will be Targetfollow itself for its UK HQ.

Archaeological discoveries

Recent exploratory archaeological investigations have revealed parts of a former ducal palace at the site.

A more extensive excavation is expected to be confirmed as part of the planning process and will be undertaken in the New Year.
