Tavis House buys Hertfordshire site to develop 80,000 sq ft warehouse space

Tavis House Properties has acquired the former Xylem Water Solutions Unit in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire for £9.1m.

The four-acre site, which cost £2.26m per acre, will be redeveloped to provide 80,000 sq ft of new warehouse units, which will have a gross development value of around £25m when completed in mid-2023.
