Green REIT has agreed a 10,600 sq ft letting at its One Molesworth Street development in Dublin to TD Global Finance Unlimited on a 20-year lease.
TD Global Finance, an Irish subsidiary of the Toronto-Dominion Bank, has taken the entire fifth floor of the flagship office development in Dublin 2. Annual rent payable is set at €0.74m, with the tenant entitled to a nine-month rent free period at the outset of the lease and a tenant break option at the end of year 13.
