Property fund manager Highcross has let a recently refurbished Crewe warehouse to European logistics firm TDG.

The 213,291 sq ft facility at Crewe Gates Industrial Estate, Quakers Coppice, has been taken for five years at £760,000 a year.

The 9.6-acre site includes a 198,000 sq ft warehouse and a two-storey office block as well as HGV and trailer parking.

Matthew Pochin of Lamonts acted for Highcross and TDG was advised by Steve Johnson of King Sturge.
