Newspaper publisher seeks up to 120,000 sq ft for move from Victoria offices.
The publisher of titles such as The Daily Telegraph and The Sunday Telegraph has appointed CBRE to find a new location for its 1,100 staff. The group is understood to be looking for between 100,000 sq ft and 120,000 sq ft in locations in the West End and west London.
The publisher is currently based at 111 Buckingham Palace Road in Victoria, where it occupies 125,000 sq ft across the first and second floors and has nine years left to run on its lease.
