Terrace Hill has let more than 22,000 sq ft at its recently completed 129 Wilton Road mixed-use development in London’s Victoria

The sixth to eighth floors of the 60,000 sq ft scheme, totalling 19,857 sq ft, have been leased to E.ON UK. The energy company is paying between £68.50/sq ft and £72.50/sq ft for the space on a ten year lease.

The ground floor retail unit in the building has also been let to Pret a Manger. The sandwich chain has taken a 2,179 sq ft café on a 15-year lease paying an annual rent of £100,000, a zone A rent of £82.09/sq ft.

The deal leaves five floors of offices available in the building, which was completed in March this year.

The development, next to Victoria train station, also includes a 12-storey residential block to the rear.

Cushman & Wakefield and Edward Charles & Partners acted for Terrace Hill.
