Israeli multinational pharmaceutical company Teva Pharmaceuticals has signed a 360,000 sq ft lease at P3 Properties’ Pasippanny complex in the biggest letting in New Jersey so far this year.
The company has taken space in the MCC BLUE office complex at 400 Interpace Parkway in Parsippany for 12 years. Teva received a 10-year, $40m tax savings incentive from the state of New Jersey to move its headquarters from Pennsylvania to Parsippany.
