TfL and Barratt win planning for 350-home London scheme


Transport for London and Barratt London have been given the go-ahead to start building 350 new homes in Waltham Forest across six new buildings.

Blackhorse Point will also deliver 17,000 sq ft of retail and commercial space, including a new co-working hub.

Half the new homes at Blackhorse Point will be at social rent levels or for shared ownership.
