TH Real Estate acquires De Haagsche Zwaan from fast-selling Capreon

Capreon De Haagsche Zwaan

TH Real Estate’s European Cities Fund has acquired De Haagsche Zwaan in The Hague from Capreon in the twelfth acquisition for its pan-European fund.

The sale came a little over a year of Capreon’s initial purchase of the Dutch building known as The Swan, and the Noé Group’s real estate business said it had added “a highly significant amount of value” during the period.

Located in the Beatrixkwartier district of The Hague, the 20-storey multi-let office building comprises close to 200,000 sq ft of office space.
