TH Real Estate takes Lidl-let Oosterhout warehouse

TH Real Estate has acquired a 367,000 sq ft cross-dock logistics hub in the Netherlands from ODC CV for its €2.6bn European logistics platform.

The Grade A-building is fully let to supermarket chain Lidl on a long-term lease serving as its distribution hub for all `non-food´ products to its regional distribution centres and retail stores across Europe.
