Nokia has a 13,935 sq m (150,000 sq ft) requirement for its non-mobile phone division. The shortlist is believed to include MEPC’s Bedfont Lakes near Heathrow, Pillar Properties’ Capability Green at Luton, and Prudential’s GreenPark development at Reading. Baring Houston & Saunders is acting for Nokia.
