Thatcham’s Omega House sale

Phabrix 2011 Pension Scheme has bought the freehold of the vacant Omega House in Thatcham from Metabolics Pension Scheme for £725,000. The refurbished office building totals 9,827 sq ft. Charlie Heckstall-Smith advised Metabolics; Haslams and Campbell Gordon were the selling agents; Brunsden Associates advised the purchaser.
