The Bank of New York Mellon has signed a new five-year lease to stay at its 22,661 sq ft office space at Signal Point, Station Road, Swindon.
The company has had an office in Swindon for over five years.
Ray Pepper, managing director, UK transfer agency at The Bank of New York Mellon, said: 'Swindon is an important location within our UK regional network as it has a strong pool of talent for fund administration services - that is a compelling proposition to a company like ours where the recruitment and retention of talent is a key driver of our ongoing success.'
James Preece, office specialist at Colliers CRE in Bristol, said: 'This deal shows confidence in Swindon by a leading global provider of securities services to financial institutions and pension funds.'
Joint agents Colliers CRE and Loveday and Loveday have a further 54,443 sq ft of space in the twelve storey building, which overlooks the main London to Bristol railway line.
