Co-living operator The Collective has acquired the Paper Factory Hotel in Long Island City in New York with plans to turn it into a 225-bedroom co-living space.
The acquisition marks the third major investment in New York for The Collective in six months. The operator said the move is part of its plans to expand its business in the US.
