The Instant Group has appointed Marlies Hoogeboom as head of workspace and operations for the UK and EMEA.

Hoogeboom, who will be based in London in her new role, joins Instant from Sodexo, where she worked across a variety of senior leadership roles in workplace services for clients including EY, Santander, Paypal, and Zurich.
