The Loom bears fruit for Helical with double letting

Helical has agreed two new lettings totalling over 20,000 sq ft across five units at The Loom in Whitechapel, taking the mixed-use building to 93% let.

New tenant The Fairtrade Foundation has taken 6,400 sq ft as a base to support its charity work improving trading conditions and empowering producers to combat poverty in the developing world.

In addition, existing tenant Hey Habito, an online mortgage broker, has signed new leases on 13,600 sq ft within the building across four units. The expanded letting reflects the growth of the broker since moving into 3,600 sq ft of offices at The Loom in October 2016. All the rents achieved were either at or above March 2018 ERV.
