The Tatton Estate brings 40-acre site to market for residential development

North West landowner The Tatton Estate is selling a 40-acre site with permission for residential development in Cheshire.

Tatton Park Gate Village has outline planning consent for an unlimited number of homes. Detailed plans for 225 homes, 71 of which are to be affordable, are expected in the first quarter of this year.
