Vegan fast food restaurant Vurger is set to open at Redevco’s Hanningtons Estate in Brighton, which will be its first site outside of London.

The brand has signed a long-term lease for a 700 sq ft store  at 13 Brighton Place.

The company already has restaurants open in Shoreditch and Canary Wharf.

“When we started The Vurger Co. back in 2016, there was a severe lack of places to eat that had a sustainable and ethical focus, that could leave is feeling good about what we ate,” said Neil Potts, co-founder at The Vurger Co.

“When we saw this building and the Hanningtons Lane development, we knew it would be perfect for the next stage in our expansion plans.
