Derwent Valley has confirmed the letting of 46,419 sq ft (4,312 sq m) to Thomson Scientific at its Johnson Building, Hatton Garden, EC1
The deal follows the recent lettings to Grey Advertising and Faber Maunsell, and only leaves 11,000 sq ft (1,020 sq m) on the second floor empty at the building.
Thomson Scientific will occupy the southern half of the first, ground and lower ground floors at the 150,000 sq ft (13,900 sq m) Johnson Building, as well as the eastern half of the second floor, on a 15 year lease at an annual rent of £1,511,723.
The lease includes a 16 month rent free period and an option to break at the end of the tenth year.
