Thor Equities has exchanged on the €75m (£64.8m) acquisition of a mixed-use asset on Madrid’s Gran Via from Angelo Gordon, Property Week can reveal.
The 48,222 sq ft building on the 100-year old main street in the centre of Madrid, contains 12,619 sq ft of retail alongside nine floors of residential accommodation and a multi-disciplinary event space on the thirteenth floor. The retail aspect of 30 Gran Via is predominantly let to Spanish fashion chain Sfera.
