Thor sells Cannes luxury retail boulevard for €120m

Thor Equities has exchanged on a deal to sell its luxury retail asset 65 Boulevard de la Croisette in Cannes for €120m (£105.3m) to Castello Köln Beteiligung, Property Week can reveal.

The boulevard features eight individual stores fronting the Mediterranean Sea between the Carlton and Martinez hotels, which are home to the annual property conference Mipim. Designed by renowned architects Alain Moatti and Henri Riviere, current retail tenants include Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Burberry, Linda Farrow, Paule Ka, Pucci and Jimmy Choo.
