A fire that ripped through Park Royal Industrial Estate last week has gutted three properties at London’s biggest industrial estate.

The properties housing Labchem’s Sherry’s Wholesale, a hair and beauty products retailer, and Jasko India, who do ladies’ fashion garments, were both affected. The fire is thought to have started on a site owned by Mahan Foods, a food distribution company, which is also badly damaged.

Labchem has relocated to a building on Minerva Road but the other two companies have shut up shop whilst new premises can be found. It is not yet known how the fire, which started on August 29, started.

The landlord, Park Royal Partnership, has pledged to help the affected businesses find new premises at Park Royal through its property service.
