A joint venture between Grosvenor and the Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS) has signed three retailers to its Grand Arcade scheme in Cambridge.

Calvin Klein, Kurt Geiger and Jack and Jones have all signed up to the 450,000 sq ft scheme.

Calvin Klein has taken 1,000 sq ft of space, Kurt Geiger has taken a 1,375 sq ft shop and Jack and Jones has taken a 1,600 sq ft unit.

The retailers will join other tenants such as John Lewis, Apple and Carluccio’s.

The scheme opened in March last year.

Jones Lang LaSalle and Savills are letting agents on Grand Arcade, Kurt Geiger was represented by Harrods Estates, Harper Dennis Hobbs acted for Jack and Jones and Calvin Klein was unrepresented.
