Timberland’s HQ letting

It has taken over Cendant’s building at Wexham Springs, near Slough. Cendant has agreed a surrender of its lease on the 38,000 sq ft (3,530 sq m) building to landlord NFU Mutual, and agreed a concurrent reletting to Timberland. Timberland is paying £24/sq ft (£258.33/sq m) for a new HQ.
