‘Time is running out’ on starter homes target, says BPF

British Property Federation chief executive Melanie Leech has expressed “significant doubt” over the government’s ability to deliver 200,000 starter homes by 2020 – a key policy in the Housing and Planning Bill which has just received royal assent.
