Tishman Speyer makes first Spanish acquisition

Tishman has bought 40,000 sq m (430,560 sq ft) of the 56,800 sq m (611,395 sq ft) zoned site in Parque Empresarial de Las Rozas from Madrid’s public body, Arpegio. The developer is planning a ‘build to suit’ scheme, which will incorporate office, retail and hotel uses.
