A nine-storey residential scheme on the River Thames’ north bank, next to the Tower of London, has been granted planning permission after a 10-year planning process

Developer Cheval Residences proposes 97 serviced and 64 private flats at the Three Quays scheme, designed by 3DReid Architects. The site is next to a World Heritage zone and has been derelict for more than 20 years. Cheval aims to complete the scheme by April 2013.
