Irish developer Treasury Holdings has poached Brian Henning as its new head of development

Henning, who was previously chief executive of Northern Irish development company Cusp, replaces John Bruton.

He will be responsible for leading the development team in Dublin, and will oversee many of Treasury’s projects, including Ireland’s first Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Powerscourt, County Wicklow, which opens later this year.

He will also manage the development of the Alto Vetro residential scheme in Dublin’s Barratt Street and the 53 acre (21 ha) Spencer Dock development where Treasury is building Ireland’s first national conference centre.
