Trilogy Real Estate and Lasalle Investment Management has made three new signings at Republic’s office campus in Poplar, London.
Little Me Nursery, Simply Fresh and Black Rock will be joining The Trampery co-working space, Deliveroo’s east London recruitment hub, Lebara Mobile, PureGym and others. Together the new stores will occupy 7,800 sq ft of the 600,00 sq ft office development.
Republic’s 6.4-acre development comprise four office buildings which vary in size from 64,513 sq ft to 218,306 sq ft.
Head of asset management at Trilogy Real Estate, Laurence Jones, said: “‘We are committed to delivering incredible workspaces and amenity for our occupiers and the campus is now bustling with innovators, founders and educators.
