Trinova takes Merck House in Poole

Trinova Real Estate has completed on the £12m acquisition of Merck House in Poole from Titan Property Developments.

The 55,000 sq ft office building is located in the centre of the south coast city and is home to a range of well-known occupiers including BNY Mellon, Sigma Aldrich, Mazars and Carphone Warehouse.
