Trio of new directors among 13 promotion at Paragon

Building and project consultancy Paragon has announced a range of promotions following its £22m merger with Bond Davidson.

Leading the promotions are three new directors: Charlie Knox who becomes director in the environmental and sustainability team and Paul Arthur who is now director in building surveying in London as well as Mike O’Dell who becomes director in the bank monitoring team in Esher.
