Triple Point picks up 12 supported housing schemes

Triple Point Social Housing REIT has secured a series of deals which will see it develop 12 supported housing schemes across the North West, South East, South West and Midlands.

Last week, the specialist social housing REIT announced it had raised gross proceeds of £108.15m from an initial share raise and has now deployed £12.6m of its new funds across a series of deals.

The group has completed the acquisition of 10 supported housing properties leased to specialist housing associations Falcon Housing Association, Hilldale Housing Association and new tenant Sunny Vale Supported Accommodation. On the completed acquisitions, the group has entered into new FRI leases for a period of 20 years with potential to increase to 25.
