Trophaeum Asset Management has acquired an office building in Milan for €34.5m (£31m), expanding its international portfolio.
The company, which owns much of Albemarle Street in London’s West End and earlier this month launched its new investment arm Trophaeum Asset Partners, has bought Via Mascagni 6 and is working up redevelopment plans.
