The 10 selected firms will receive TrustedLand Standard verification badges and be able to set up deals with landowners through the online platform. They are: Apogee Group, Bright Green Futures, Chopra Property Group, Darlow Hemphill, Goldcrest Homes, Hillnic, Hostrix, Lighthouse Capital, Melinda Group and The Haywoods Group.

“There are so many good developers out there, with a handful not playing the honest game,” said TrustedLand’s land director and founder Alex Harrington-Griffin. “We are confident we can match genuine developers with owners and their representatives to restore some trust in the SME space.”

TrustedLand will launch to a wider public audience when 20 developers are enrolled.
